sata in linux

i would like to install linux on a western digital sata drive but red hat doesn't see the drive. i already have xp installed on a separate partition of this drive so i know it's working. what can i do?

Yes. You can get it from redhat.com (click on the fedora link). Nothinman might stop by and say that 64bit isn't worth it, but whatever. Have fun.

Unless you pay for RedHat enterprise Linux, you don't get amd64 support (I'm not even sure if they offer it for pay).

hehe, alright. well i'll try 64 bit and see how it works for me. i can always reinstall something else later :D

It's not, but we still need people to run it to get the bugs worked out for when it is useful =)
