im looking to get a nice new Seagate sata II drive 200g+ (just for upgradeable purposes) with my new nforce4 board. however on newegg when i search for sata II only this one comes up.

but when i look at the seagate drives wuthout searching i see this.
is this one sata II because it has NCQ. ive read that in some cases it means sata II and in others it doesn't. so im totally c onfused.
