This mobo, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813127209 for example uses SATA II for storage devices. What type of HD would I need to go with this? I dont see SATA II I only see SATA 150. Is that the same thing? What about SATA 3.0GB? What would I need to get to go with a mobo supporting SATA II? Sorry for the dumb questions. 🙁

SATA 3.0GB is the same as SATA-II, A motherboard that has SATA-II ports can still take the standard SATA hard drives.

If I recall correctly, SATA II has the full implementation of all the specs, while SATA-300 has some of them, including the 300 mb/s bandwidth. SATA-150 is the equivalent of SATA I I believe...
