SATA II PCI controller card speed question

I am thinking of getting a Promise SATA300 TX4 4-Port Serial ATA Adapter for my PC. I want to set it up in a RAID0 configuration using two 200GB drives. My question is: Will there be a speed bottle-neck between the PCI slot and the motherboard?

I am not really sure about PCI slot data transfer speeds and am trying to figure out if having this configuration would be worthwhile.

Pci is limited to 133megs/sec, but even in raid i doubt two drives will go past that.
