SATA HD Power connection

i just bought a maxtor SATA HD and it has the SATA cable plug, and a 15pin power plug.
my motherboard (its a DELL poweredge 400SC) only has the regular 4pin power connectors.
how can i use this hard drive?
also is the 15pin cable supposed to come out of the power supply, or do i have to buy a separate cable and connect it to the motherboard? and if so, where would the 15pin power connector attatch on the motherboard?

There are cheap molex-to-sata splitters/adapters that you can use. Some PSUs or mobos come with them, some don't.
