ASUS P5E WS Professional LGA 775 Intel X38 ATX Intel Motherboard

I have just recently purchased this mobo in my new system and during the first install of XP it recognized the HD just fine with the settings that came with the manufacturer.

Later i tried to overclock the processor and increase the mobo performance and the BIOS failed to show up anymore so i used the BIOS jumpers to reset it. Now my SATA HD is not recognized as it was once before.

 
In what way is it not detected? Can you see it in BIOS? Can you see it if you boot into a LiveCD of some sort?
