SATA external enclosure w/ NIC - Know of anything?

I was wondering if anyone knew of an SATA enclosure that has a NIC on it. Basically Im wanting to throw some drives on my network and have them available for data storage and backups, and I dont want to build another pc just for this if I dont have to, I dont want the noise or the extra power consumption. I know Im being picky, just wanted to know if anyone knew of such a beast, or has any helpful ideas. Thanks.

One last note, No I dont need a 12 disc enterprise rack mount anything, I need a 3/4/5 disc system for consumer use.
 
I haven't seen a SATA version.

Most of the Network storage devices that I have seen already come with a disk installed.

Your best bet might be to get a USB network storage adapter and hook up a couple of USB drives to it. SATA enclosures can be found fairly readily.
