SATA Drives and HD LED

Just built my new PC:

AMD x64 3500+ VENICE
MSI K8N Neo2 Plat
BFG 6800 GT OC
120 SATA (ata150) Samsung HDD
SB Audigy ZS

(sorry had to brag)

BUT for some reason, the hd led on my case is not coming on when the sata drive is working...

Is there a special way to do it with sata drives?

make sure the connector is 1) in the right place (this can be kind of tricky) and 2) is facing the right way. look very cafefully in your mobo manual.

Hmm, I have done this a zillion times, but I am new to SATA so therefor I thought maybe I had to do something special for SATA drives.

Everything appears to be connected properly.
