Hello,
I was planning on buying the MSI NEO2 I865 Motherboard and I was wondering if the Promise 20378 controller that the board has is as good as the ICH5R controller that some of the other boards with this chiopset have for SATA. I plan on buying a SATA hardrive and maybe use SATA RAID if I buy a second drive in a while or so. If anyone could give me some info on what SATA controller is better or which SATA drive I should get it would be appreciated.
