SATA cables

I've been looking on ebay for a SATA cable but I've only seen ones that say:
"150 MByte/s maximum transfer rate" or they don't say.
It has me concerned about buying a SATA/300 drive that supports 300 MB/sec. if I can't buy a cable for that.

 
One other thing - you ain't gonna get a sata drive that will transfer 300MB/sec, i think you will be lucky to get sustained of about 90MB/s
