SATA cables, are they all the same?

Are there any ones that are better than the rest? As far as shielding goes or length or whatever qualities that may make one cable better than the others.

A friend of mine recommended me this specific cable but I cannot think of the name off the top of my head. He said he purchases it from Newegg and they constantly sell out quick.

I personally like the OKGear brand; they work fine, can get different lengths for cable management, right angle connectors, and locking connectors. All good.

But, I think any of the above brands would be fine.

All pretty much the same.

I always try to keep a couple of those 90-degree bent ones around for tight fits but that's it.
