SATA Boot Drive selector?

You could set the HD priority in BIOS, lots of them allow you to select which HD to boot from. It is a bit of a PITA though.

I do thise with SATA mobile racks, EZ_Swap by Vantec. Under the silver tab is a key switch to turn the drive on/off. I actually have three in place now. The drives are basically the same except for different OS's

They are readily available and the cost depends on how many you install. One rack can also serve several inner trays.
