SATA as C Drive?

When trying to make a new install of winxp, it sees my primary IDE drive as C and the SATA as D. Is there a way to make windows see the SATA as C?

also, windows setup doesn't show my secondary ide master hd. (nf7-s v2 latest bios). The wierd thing is that the bios sees it fine.
 
Well, what I have always done in those situations is to temporarily dissconnect the other hard drive and install WinXP on the SATA then connect the other HD after setup is done.
