Sata and win2k fresh install

I got a new Dell that I want to install Win2k on it. The drive is SATA. This system did not come with a floppy. I looked inside and there's nowhere to install a floppy, not even the fdd header.

Win2k installer (slipstreamed with SP4) does not reconsize the SATA controller. I could give it the right drivers, but windows only looks at A:, the floppy when there isn't one. what to do?
