Seting up a computer that is going to have one Western Digital Raptor SATA 36.7GB HD and a Western Digital IDE 80GB HD. I'm Almost positive that it well work just fine, but wanted to ask any way. So if you know of any problems this might cause please let me know.

Thanks

u r good to go...
might want to leave the IDE drive out until you get the OS installed on the SATA one first just in case it wants to have a fit about SATA drivers or boot order (this way if it doesn't boot you can just go change the order to be correct...
Just my advice...

You shouldn't have any problems. In some BOIS's, you have to select "boot other" to boot from a SATA drive.
