Is there a problem with sata drives and DFI lanparty boards? i have a hitachi 400gb sata with a dfi nf4 ut ultra-d mobo and was wondering if there is a conflict with them
 
No, you shouldn't have a problem, in theory. My NF II Ultra-B board has been nothing but headaches with my 300gb Maxtor 16MB cache SATA though. Installing Windows on it was a huge PITA, and once Windows was on I had issues upon issues with the board not reading the boot sector properly. I had issues for about 5 weeks with mine before I finally took out my other IDE drive and the problems just went away.
