I've heard many people say that there is no such thing, does it really exist or do these companies mislead everybody?

What great about life today is any disagreement can be settled on the spot. Remember before, when you got into an argument with your friend about disagreeing whether something was this way or that way? Nowdays, just whip out your phone and look up the answer online.

And here on the forums where you are presumably using a full keyboard/computer, it's even easier to google the term itself, or use wikipedia.

Something like: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serial_ATA#SATA_revision_3.0_.28SATA_6_Gbit.2Fs.29

Im in class, class out of session. thanks for your response. Now does AMD exist ? or is it secretly ATI still... 😵

Ok I got the HighPoint PCIe SATA 3 ... Will tell those interested the results.

Right now Im 260Mbps on SATA 2 and boot up 20 seconds and Photoshop CS5 launches in 2 seconds,,, everything else is pretty much instant. I cant imagine this is only sata 2 ,, Im very happy ,, but that 140MB per second is worth 20 dollars.
