SATA 4 anytime soon?

Well I am wondering when SATA 4 will hit the shelf? I see the new NAND chips IIRC that have 400Mb vs. 50Mb we are using now are coming soon and basically SATA3 SSD's are almost maxing out SATA3 specs...
