SATA 150 Cables

Hey everyone, just recieved all my components from Newegg, including 2xSATA 150's, and realized I may need new cables.

Are the ones included in the Ultra-D package 150?

all sata is 150. so if you got an sata cable...its 150

Sata II is now 300 but it still uses the standard 150 Sata cables...
