I was just thinking about my sat score from last December - 770 verbal with 3 wrong and none omitted and 700 math with 5 wrong and none omitted. I'm too lazy now to look up their scoring technique; can someone tell me why I got pwnd so much for missing 5 in math?

The average ATOTer gave the middle finger to the SAT a LONG time ago ... back in the 1600 era.

Yeah, sure. And 70% of ATOT males have girlfriends. 87% have gotten some... 75% do strength training regularly and could kick anyone's ass if necessary. 90% are over 6 feet tall (or 9 inches, um...), etc.

When was it that they dumbed it down? It was probably before I even knew what the SAT was... 😱

FWIW, maybe I'm just dumb, but I found the ACT math easier than the SAT math. The concepts were more "advanced," but the problems were much more straightforward.

<-- is glad he got in on the last year where one could take the 1600 version - I suck at teh essays :Q
