Does college board send them online or in the mail? I look at the option to send them on the website, and without the "rush" option ($26.50), it says that it will sent them within "three to five weeks." That doesn't make sense to me. How do I send my scores?

the 3-5 weeks is how long it takes for them to get around to it, they are like a govt. agency, monopoly, no incentive to do anything efficient. so they have one person that spends 3 hours a week printing them out and mailing them
 
I find it amusing that it costs almost $10 per college. You would think that they would have a cheaper method.

And they count the UC schools separately, even though schools send one transcript and you do only one application. So my fees for just sending my scores come out to almost $100 =(
