Sat radio issue

Not an expert but cause I'm the puter guy . . .
Well I guess I did help him configure his home stereo too . . . .

Basically has the Sat radio in the aux input of his receiver but compared to everything else he has to have the volume cranked, then when he switches to other inputs blows out the spkrs. Antenae is on the roof with bout 20ft of cable .

Normal or is something missing?
