Has anyone here installed SAS on Linux? I'm going to have to do an install in the near future for work and am wondering how tough it is....where it installs by default and if that location can be changed. (I'm doing disk planning today)
 
For some of the controllers, you need > 2.6.30 for the native mpt2sas driver.
I have the LSI SAS2008 controller and it works on Ubuntu 9.10, however, VMware Server 2.0 is currently broken-ish on this kernel.
