SAS HDD SMART Attribute - Total Uncorrected read errors = bad sector?

Hi Everyone - this is my first time posting here! I recently checked my Seagate 15K.7 SAS HDD SMART status and two drives reported Total Uncorrected read errors values of more than 0. One drive has 2 and the other drive has 463. Does this mean there are bad sectors on the drive and I should replace it soon?

As far as I'm concerned, anything larger than 0 should be replaced...especially in an environment where critical data is being stored on that drive. At the very least, make sure that your data is fully backed up every day.
