SAS 6Gb/s ?

If I have a HDD that has a SAS 6Gb/s interface, will it work in a server that currently has a drive that is SAS 3Gb/s?
Just need to confirm that it would be backward compatible.

Probably. You'll want to check the documentation for the drive to be sure.
