to your other post, meh i never heard the term travelers here, i just call them all gypsies, but apparently that is wrong so i won't do that any longer. to this post, my buddy was telling me that gypsies believe they have special powers because some gypsy a long time ago supposedly stole one of the nails they were going to put into christ or some shit. ever heard of that?

Only reason i've ever associated with them was to go get a wallet back and we didn't discuss their powers all that much but from what i can tell, it's not that great.

I've heard of them stealing hair and teeth so why not nails... their religion is some voodoo inspired religion, not that strange considering where they are originally from.

That is for the three saints church, some honor it for no reason, others for some other reason, the majority don't honor it at all.

They are Rromanipen believers (if i remember the spelling correctly i'm not sure) which is an offset of Hinduism and has more to do with spirituality.

It has evolved to include european witchcraft folklore too so it's hardly anything that ever was like their original religion now.

For some reason some retards think that Romes come from Romania, they are originally Indian.

I've actually dealt with them here in the Boston Area as I often work at Flea Markets. What's been said about them in this thread is very similar to my experience with them. Not trustworthy at all and that's putting it lightly.
