Paid for overnight delivery on Thursday afternoon. They didn't ship it until yesterday morning. And no delivery or pickup on Saturday.

So I paid for overnight and am getting four day service. :|

Both Fedex and UPS have Saturday delivery for overnight stuff.

Oh, and order in the morning so it ships the same day.

Apparently, not when coming from Newegg. Tracking says on schedule for 11/20. Ugh.

That's hours before Newegg closes. WIth rush processing especially, that is plenty of time to put an item in a box and ship it.

Hmm, it didn't say that in the shipping choices. Just UPS or FedEx overnight.

Yeah, I was just on Newegg's site and they only allow the cheapest overnights through Fedex and UPS. This is all Newegg, because they don't give you the option.

On your Newegg order page BEFORE you place the order:

"IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders require 1-2 business days of processing time prior to shipping.
FedEx Express Saver - Delivery within 3 business days.
FedEx 2nd Day - Delivery within 2 business days.
FedEx Standard Overnight - Delivery in 1 business day.
UPS Guaranteed 3 Day Service - Delivery within 3 business days.
UPS 2nd Day - Delivery within 2 business days.
UPS Next Day Saver - Delivery in 1 business day."

That would be delivery in 1 business day AFTER the 1-2 days processing time, which would be Monday or Tuesday.

Frankly, I don't care and am still upset. I am calling to egt the overnight charges dropped when Newegg opens. Hopefully, I don't have to dispute it with the credit card.

right...I'm sure they are just sitting by the computer waiting for Jumpem's order to come across. If you don't get that order in by noon PST, forget about it...

I ordered an 8800GTX about the same time last Wednesday and had it Thursday morning. I expected the same service this time.

while Neweggs service has gone down over the last few years. this is your fault. sure it was a few hours before closeing. but you are not the only one ordering from newegg now are you?

even then newegg says it takes a few days to process (this is where they suck now) the order and get it shipped.

And yet it is AFTER the time by which they say they offer the Rush Processing. You need to have the order in by noon PST. You ordered almost at the end of the business day and expect it to ship in the morning?

NewEgg is liable for the rush processing fee only, YOU are at fault on this one. STFU and stop defaming a perfectly fine retailer

EDIT And fact of the matter is, NewEgg is a pretty good retailer and they will probably refund your shipping cost just to keep you as a customer. Instead maybe you should realize it takes 1-2 business days to process and if you want rush processing, you have to order before noon. Dumbass

Oh my, well why didn't they realize it was YOU and repeat the lucky processing time you got last time?

Didn't know it was lucky. Thought it was normal.
