And just look who her daddy is.
Hell, he'd be selling porn from the pulpit if he could make a buck doing it.
You need to have morals before you can feel "bothered"... Sarah.
Being called a liar is the very least of her problems.
If I were her, I'd be more concerned with being the spokes person for Satan.
Now THAT might bother a person to some extent "if" the issue were morals.

I hope it bothers her so much that she goes to daddy donny boy and tell him to stop making her belch his bullshit by the bushel. As it is, she'll never ever be taken seriously no matter what she does after he stint with Trump.

She's sacrificed he self-respect and integrity for a despicable evil man. Can't get much lower than that.

I agree, it is not the lying that bothers her, or she would not do it, it is that people keep calling her out on it.

I've been reading a bit about her body language and from what I gather it does. That makes it worse IMO because she not only lies but knows that it's wrong and does it willingly.

Her next press briefing may be a slaughter.

This does seem pretty obvious.

She's a person. Either she changes through force or she is assisted in recognizing why it's more important to honor her value of truthfulness than whatever is compelling her to set it aside. As House says, everyone lies. If it makes you a bad person, then everyone is a bad person.

I lie, mostly by omission. When I have something on my mind I sometimes keep it from loved ones at least until I can process and understand.
Then I could be President and manipulate a whole nation into war with intent because that is what I wish. I will lie to harm you because that's my nature. I know it's wrong. I know this is intended to harm. I don't care.

They are both intentional misrepresentations of the truth.

I spray living things, ants, to kill them. Since I am a killer I can poison people. People are killers. That means you can't condemn me.

I think House's equivalence (if that was his) is overly simplistic making all acts equal.

This does not mean I can't have sympathy for a nature which allows Sanders lie to the American people about serious issues, but that does not mean that humans are in the wind with no say in their actions. People have input in their own actions, or we have no free will and unaccountable for our actions.

I certainly intended no position of saying she is innocent and should have no consequence for her acts. I merely state the universal human condition. People can be held accountable in a compassionate way for the evils they commit.

That onus would be on those wronged. For my part I have no desire to see more than justice done, not a "witch hunt" for betrayals of public trust, that she recognizes as such.

When accounts are paid for such acts it is not just a matter of what is done, but also the intent, the state of mind, if an act was out of ignorance or willful. Our entire concept of justice, as flawed as it may rests on these. Without them there is no basis for punishment OR mercy. There can be no justice without understanding the particulars of specific acts. And so while I would not call for what I consider nonsense consequences such as criminal action, she has used willful intent to violate the public trust which has no justification, other than to shield the enormity of actions perpetrated against the citizen. I believe she is intelligent to know that, and so this is a case of "willful murder" of important truths.

If it offends her that she is called what she is then she has three choices, continue and not lie, resign, or continue and lie.

All are within her power but only two are honorable. The choice she makes creates the reaction she receives. "She shouldn't do that" gives her no pause, and so scorn is the inevitable consequence.

I honestly don't think it is the lying that bothers her. It is that for the first time she is having to speak to a hostile audience that she knows is going to call her out on the bullshit she is spoon feeding them and ask hard questions that she can't answer. She is used to friendly audiences that even when they don't believe her will act like they do as least until she is out of the room.
