true, but Abur Rahim is a lot cheaper and a better bang for the buck.

although, i'm still curious how SAR's half-court post up play will fair with run and gun players like Vince, Kidd, and RJ.

SAR - 19 ppg, 8 rpg career
KMart - 12 ppg, 5 rpg career

SAR - 6 yrs, $38 mil
KMart - 7 yrs, $91 mil

SAR - 28 yrs old
KMart - 27 yrs old

KMart is a better transition player, SAR is far better with his back to the basket.

Heh all this speculation...

Deal isn't even finalized yet...

Good trade for the Nets I hope they don't give up a future 1st rounder...

If Portland doesn't do the sign and trade. it says he'll take the MLE :)

I think the Pacers are the team to beat in the East this year. They made great moves this summer, deep as hell.

Looks like SAR isn't coming to the Nets... they traded for Marc Jackson instead.

HE SIGNED A 1 YEAR DEAL~!!!
WHAT A FUGGIN JOKE!!!

TURNS DOWN A 4 YEAR DEAL with 2 YEAR TEAM OPTION FOR A PIECE OF CRAP 1 YEAR DEAL ?

He's lost all credibility.
Nets offered him a fair contract and protected themselves from being locked in a long ass term just incase his knees get fugged up.
But he turns that down and goes for a 1 year ?

For SAR, it's about the (future) Benjamins. He didn't want a contract paying so little per year for so many years. Nets screwed up!
