i have a Sapphire x800 GTO2 with a stock heatsink... I turn on the computer and the fan doesn't spin. I have to give the fan a "push start"... You think this is a problem with the fan or the card? Should I RMA the card or get a new heatsink?

thanks

Fans are always the first part of video cards (and power supplies) that go bad. A fan never has any problem caused by the GPU, but I've heard that Sapphire is rather slow to respond on warranty service, assuming it's in warranty still. If it's past the warranty, there are a lot of aftermarket replacement fans, and you would have it back in service much faster.
