Sapphire X1880XT not running at Stock Speeds?

CCC is 6.3 and I just noticed another reviewer noticed it also.

Is it just us two or is anyone else seeing this?

those are 3d clocks, I used to have a x1800xt that defaulted at 600/700

you have to look at CCC when a 3d app is actually running, or you'll only see 2d clocks. will say something like 675 requested, 600 actual (meaning it's in 2d mode).

need to have a second monitor, or ran a 3d app in windowed mode.

Those are 2D clocks. When you load a 3D app it goes up to 625/750.
BTW, when was the X1880XT released?
