Sapphire unveils X1950 Pro DUAL graphics card

Sapphire have unveiled their new X1950 Pro Dual card at CES.

Similar to Nvidia's 7950GX2, the card offers Crossfire like performance for single PCI-E x16 systems.

This may also open up the possibility of a Quad GPU solution on a Crossfire based motherboard.

Could be a winner if the price is kept competitive.

Indeed, I read an article about it a few weeks ago. I wonder what the actual real retail price will be like when it's finally widely available, and what the performance scaling is like on it compared to a single card, and with two of them compared to say crossfire x1950xt.

Interesting. Its like the 7950GX2, but not. Looks like its just one PCB.

Obviously its two GPU's... I was pointing out its just one PCB. Not that it matters. Price will make or break this card.
