Sapphire rx 470 nitro not working

Today my sapphire rx 470 nitro stopped work. Sapphire logo lights up but fans not working. I checked ADKX 12 transistor and found it's not working. Is anyone know manufacture company of that transistor? I should replace it.

Is it under warranty? It may still be, check with sapphire, I would try an RMA first.

It's used GPU and no warranty.
