I have a dead Sapphire HD3450. I got it from Newegg, but don't have the box, so they are no help. I get no response from the links on Sapphire's site. So, how do I get an RMA number? Anyone have experience here?

I am not sure myself. But I would call newegg. On their site, this is what they say about warranty:

RMA/Warranty

Sapphire VGA products carry a 2 year warranty with all enquires carried out through your initial place of purchase. This can only be carried out by the original purchaser Please contact your Dealer/Reseller for Warranty / RMA service. They will require proof of purchase which includes the original invoice/documentation.

I sorta had a similar situation with an HIS ati card. I could not find a number or any contact info so I called newegg and was able to return it and buy another card.

Call NewEgg again .. they may EXCHANGE it without the box - but you may need to beg. There is no return.

If not go to Sapphires site and fill out a Support ticket. You pay $15 for a Processing Fee and then send your card to their AMERICAN contracted RMA company at your expense. The send it back in about 2 weeks

sucks to deal with sapphire
