Sapphire Redline utility?

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of this tweak utility?

I just picked up a retail copy of a Sapphire 9500 Pro and it was supposed to come with an overclocking tweak utility. However it appears that Sapphire no longer ships this with the cards.

I contacted the tech guy at The Sapphire website and he told me to search for it on the net. So far my searches have come up empty.

Any suggestions?
