Sapphire rebates...

They ask for pretty much everything except your children in the form you have to send in.

- fill out online form

mail in the following:
- print out and fill out rebate form with info from the online form and all your personal info (again)
- write Newegg.com, Newegg item number (15 digits and letters), promo code (19 number and letters), and a transaction ID (5 numbers) on the back of the envelope
- cut barcode and serial number from box
- mail in within 14 days

Somehow this makes me think hardly anyone ever actually gets a rebate...

Oh bother... I just realized the ending date they list on the rebate form is before the order date on my invoice! But... Newegg still had it listed as being under rebate. Now I am beginning to be vexed; yes, I am terribly vexed. I think I'll send it in anyway since everything is ready.

Worst case scenario, you're out a stamp, and some time.

I've done rebates with sapphire 4 times. each time I did not recieve the rebate. I called newegg and each time they credited my card in the amount of the rebate.

I'm not even going to bother with mine. Sapphire's rebate submission process just has a huge "Reject" sign written all over it. Only $10.
