decent power, HD decode, and some models are even fanless (why i'm looking at it)

not the greatest deal for performance, but not a bad card either. it'd be better suited for an media/gaming center, rather than a budget gaming machine (where the 7900 and 1900 rule currently)

The GDDR3 versions have been near this price since release. This is about the price of a 8600GT, Is it faster...I think so, and I need a decent card for my HTPC. I would like it to be a upgrade from a BFG 7600GT OC and use about the same power. I don't think that card exists.
