Sapphire Radeon 9700 RAM & FAN?

I caught this on a review of the Sapphire on NewEgg.com

Can anyone confirm this? I've heard the Sapphire's had 2.8ns RAM with a large ATI fan identical to 9700pro cards.

I asked a while ago and people said there was a good chance of getting 2.8ns memory but not as good as it had been.

I just got my Sapphire 9700np 2 days ago from newegg, and it has the samsung 2.8ns ram.
Just updated the bios to a 9700pro.

Lucky bastard. I ordered mine last month and got the 13 bladed fan w/ 3.3 infineon ram. I can get the core pretty darn high, but the ram is stuck at 300 mhz.
