Sapphire Radeon 9600 Pro for WinXP drivers

Anyone have any suggestions, I am getting fustrated with installed and un-installing drivers, I keep getting lines and blakcouts in windows and I know it's the drivers i just can find the right one! Any help would be nice!
 
When I get into Windows, I have looked at ATI.com they do not help. I tried calling but they seem to think I live in canada so they give me a candian phone number (go figure)

I have tried over 10 different drivers and none seem to work!
