Sapphire HD 7950 OC Can't Go Any Higher Than 1080P

When Sapphire HD 7950 OC is connected to a 4K Display, maximum resolution is only 1080P. If I swap it with a Gigabyte HD 7950, 4K works fine.

Anyone know why this is happening ?
