Just curious why you guys care so much about resale rating? Do you not pay with a credit card which affords charge-back protection if something goes wrong? I myself hardly checked a resale rating because if I did I'd miss out on Dell's wonderful monitors with thier 4/10 rating!

well I always check the reseller's rating..always. Although this is an exception, especially this company being stationed in CA (I always can give a call lol). But other wise...no
