Why is this the cheapest model on Newegg? I am planning on ordering it since it is in stock and only 455, but is there a reason it's 15 dollars cheaper than the Connect 3D and 30 dollars cheapers than the powercolor versoin?. Plus there are 2 versions of the Sapphire x800 xt, what's the difference between these two?

455 version

485 version

Note, the reviews say the 485 version is the PE one, is this true?

Thanks!

Hey, I ordered the 485 version last night. I did a pricewatch search for platinum and the 485 version came back with platinum in the text. The 455 version did not. Based on that and the two reviews I took a shot and ordered the 485 version.

The one shady thing about the reviews was, they were made less than 1 minute apart.

I'll let you know.

Wow this is my first post? LOL I must have been lurking a long time.

It looks like the 485 version now went out of stock and the 455 version got bumped up to 475. Crazy stuff.

One is OEM and the other is OEM Bulk purchase. The clock speeds on both are regular XT speeds.

I talked to newegg, there is no difference between the two products. They just ordered one in bulk so it was cheaper.
