Despite the name being too long, what are your thoughts on this passive heatsink 9700 Pro? Any issues I should take into consideration?

Edit: And how easy is it to install the Zalman passive 9700 Pro heatsink? Is that a preferable route?

I just received mine on Tuesday. I love it. The weight is no issue as long as you screw the card into the case. And it fit into my mobo just fine.
