Sapphire 7950 Bios Flash HELP!

I used atiflash(not atiwinflash) -p -f 0 bios.rom command (booted into dos w/ USB stick)
I think I accidentally flashed the locked bios position due to the "-f" command (forgot to switch position) while the unlocked position has nothing on it.
But result is not working, the flashed bios does not work!! Now the card wont boot up in either position.
Is there a way to solve this??????

Use a spare card to flash the 7950.

It is really strange why I cant flash anything that works to this card except the default version..
its the Sapphire 3L version with default bios: 015.029.000.002.000000 (113-1E249100-S41).
When I try to flash it in windows with atiwinflash, no matter what I do it just wont flash at all (saying ROM not erased when using the dos command; and "subsystem ID mismatch" when using the GUI).
If I booted it into dos and use atiflash, it will only flash when I "-f"(force) it. But the flashed card wont work no matter which bios(all sapphires) I try.
Without -f, it simply says SSID mismatch and wont flash at all.

Might be a newer revision of the card. To date I can't get anything but the latest BIOS to flash on my WF3 7950. It may be that they changed hardware on us while keeping it the same "revision"... hardware that won't respond to other BIOS. My card will brick if you put anything else in it.

Are you trying to flash to a newer BIOS or an older one?
