Anyone watching the K1 bouts tongiht from the bellagio?
Sapp was awesome...the bout he was in nearly killed each other...then tyson entered the ring to "congradulate" him and ended up saying he'd box sapp under marqui quesbury rules...pretty dramamtic for k-1 boxing too say the least LoL
 
Mike Tyson recently signed a contract with the K-1 organization, but fighting Bob Sapp is not specified in the deal.

I'd love to see Tyson step into some sort of K-1/PRIDE/UFC event.

The only thing holding tyson back is boxing rules... .unleash him from that and nobody will beat him.
 
I dunno... he still won't be able to bite people... Not to mention, if he is in the same shape as he was when he fought lewis, he is just gonna get worked... Boxing with gloves and mixed martial arts are very different from each other, he has been trained to box. Maybe his lifein prison and the streets as a youth might help him... still, I would pay to see him debut...

Are you joking??? Have you ever seen the likes of Randy Couture, Mirko Cro-Cop, Fedor Emelianenko, Quinton Jackson, Mark Coleman, etc...

Tyson *might* be able to throw one punch before being taken down.

......and tied up like a pretzel. For his age, Randy Couture is one of the most impressive athletes in the sport.



 
Bob Sap is a joke. He makes the whole K1 fighting thing a big joke. The thing I liked about the K1 fighting was that people had some skill. When they lost they accepted it and congratulated the winner. When someone got a good hit there is often a slight nod and smile of "good shot" No BS. Bob Sap is like 375 and just mauls people with his size, his win-lose record is actually pretty poor. The fight he had against Kimo ,who is almost 100 lbs less, should have been called a knockout at the end of the first round. He's a chump and I'm pretty sure Iron Mike can drop his ass on the mat.

I have to agree man, I just watched the last 2 PRIDE events and man there are some skilled fighters. Especially the rather new Mirko Cro-Cop. Man that guy makes fighting look easy. I think he's going to win the pride tourny although Jackson is a monster. I think the next UFC event is coming up too. Sherdog.com keeps me up to date.
