So I finally upgraded my old 128mg A6600 to a new 512mg 3650 card. But somethging isn't quite right.

In the cards utility page it shows the cards GPU/Memory speed but I can't change them...

In one areaof the utility it shows the GPU speed can be moved from 725-750 and it's set at 725...

The Memory speed can be moved from 400-500 and is set at 400.

If I try to move either one even the slightest bit it won't accept the change and just goes back to 725/400

Then just below it in another window it shows the current values.
The GPU says 300 and the Memory shows 400.

 Huh....

The mobo is a Asus P4PE and my AGP speed is set at 4X but why can't I get a little more out of it. I have yet to run any games or apps as I just did a complete fdisk and started all over last weekend. Only thing loaded is OS XP pro, my mobo and vidoe carddrivers.

I also loaded the latest 9.1 catalyst drivers.

Any help..

Been a long time since I looked at the Catalyst overclocking tab but isn't there a picture of a lock and once you click on the lock it "unlocks" and then you can overclock the card?

So use Ati Tray tools to overclock it. Although you won't get anything more by doing this, since the card is already very weak. The videocard's memory is at 400mhz ( 800 mhz ddr) so that is fine and the GPU clock is at 300mhz probably in idle, to save some power. Under load it should go up to 725 mhz.
