I did some research and it seems the 120 sq inch model is slightly improved. It's smaller, but a newer design that warms up faster, cleans easier and holds more water (thus producing less smoke.)

I have a small counter top so I'm a little worried about the 200 sq inch model. If you don't need the size, the smaller model might be a better option (and its 5 bucks cheaper.)
