Sanyo Denki outblows Vantec Tornado/Sunon?

One day when I am searching for a cooling fan, I discovered Sanyo Denki has the new San Ace 80 fan that does 2.55m^3/m or 90cfm for 51 decibel, that's almost 6 cfm more air and 4.2 decibel quieter than Vantec Tornado! Unfortunately, not that many companies sell Sanyo Denki fans, and none have the new San Ace line. Has anyone able to get this fan and see how it performs? If there are, where can I get one?
