Santana

My first concert was Santana at the Greek Theater here in Los Angeles. Los Lobos opened up the show and it was simply amazing. The crowd was totally into it and you can't have a better venue. I would say this venue is second only to the Hollywood Bowl. This was in 98 I think before the big radio hits so the crowd was there for the whole experience, not a couple of singles. I have nothing but respect for this amazing artist.

<-- Was 16 when he saw Santana.

Very good, but overrated.

You must be a young 'un.

Don't get me wrong, I think the guy is great. But IMO he is not the guitar god people make him out to be. Yes, I'm young (25), but I know his stuff well. He's a really good guitarist, but there are many better ones out there.
