Santa Fe, NM : What are some must do\eat\see things to do?

Driving down to Santa Fe for a long weekend getaway since I've never been there before. I've heard of the Canyon Dr. galleries, downtown Plaza, Tomasita's Mexican food, and Bandelier National Monument.

Anyone care to share their own recommendations?
